The ORR Learning Center (OLC) is the dedicated learning management system operated by the ORR Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Center. The OLC is tailored to meet the unique needs of the Unaccompanied Children Program. It houses a wealth of training and learning materials that you can access 24/7.

Accessing the OLC

Follow the steps below to get access to the OLC.

  1. Request a Form
    Program Administrators can request the OLC Account Care Provider Request Form by emailing orrlearningcentersupport@lsidc.com.
  2. Complete and Submit the Form
    Return the completed form to orrlearningcentersupport@lsidc.com for account development. Your account will be ready within approximately one week.
  3. Collaborate with Your Program Administrator
    Work with your Program Administrator to gain access to the AppLauncher account.
  4. OLC Tile
    The OLC Tile will be seamlessly added to your AppLauncher account once the OLC account has been created.

New Care Providers

If you are a new care provider, you can use the OLC to take the training you need.  It offers role specific training as well as a course library to support your professional growth.
